NORCET 11 Toppers List 2026: 1 in 5 Mains Qualifiers Are From NPrep
2,178+ NPrep students qualified NORCET 11 Mains. Here are the named rank holders, what each of them actually did, and how the 2026 result breaks down.

Quick answer: 1 in 5 candidates who qualified AIIMS NORCET 11 Mains 2026 prepared with NPrep. 2,178+ NPrep students qualified the Mains stage, out of 10,613 qualifiers in total. That includes 22 students in the All-India top 50, 38 in the top 100, 141 in the top 500 and 246 in the top 1000. NPrep has published on-camera interviews with 23 of these rank holders, from AIR 4 to AIR 987. (Student figures are NPrep's own enrolment data. Official stage figures are from aiimsexams.ac.in.)
Which coaching gave the most NORCET 11 toppers?
This is the question every NORCET 12 aspirant is asking, and it is genuinely hard to answer, because AIIMS does not publish coaching affiliation. The official NORCET 11 merit list contains roll numbers, categories and percentiles. It does not contain institute names.
So the only evidence that exists is what each platform can show about its own students. On that measure:
1 in 5 NORCET 11 Mains qualifiers prepared with NPrep. 2,178+ NPrep students qualified, against 10,613 total qualifiers — a fraction you can check yourself against the official figure.
| All-India band | NPrep students |
|---|---|
| Top 50 | 22 |
| Top 100 | 38 |
| Top 500 | 141 |
| Top 1000 | 246 |
On top of the count, NPrep has 23 named rank holders on camera, each with a full-length interview, their rank stated on screen, and in most cases their own account of exactly which products they used. The published interviews span AIR 4, 19, 20, 21, 22, 46, 47, 50, 91, 106, 115, 118, 119, 135, 159, 194, 226, 248, 288, 367, 408, 484 and 987.
A named candidate speaking on camera about their own rank is a stronger form of evidence than a count with no names attached. That is the standard this page is held to, and it is the standard worth applying to any coaching claim you read.

Further NPrep rank holders in NORCET 11
Beyond the 23 filmed interviews, NPrep has named these NORCET 11 rank holders among its students:
| AIR | Topper |
|---|---|
| 12 | Rajni |
| 38 | Sheikh Zahoor |
| 52 | Pintu Jinjwadia |
| 55 | Saika |
| 56 | Ajay Yadav |
| 71 | Abhishek Singh |
| 88 | Tanu Nisha |
| 996 | Shibani |
Together with the filmed interviews, that is 31 NORCET 11 rank holders named publicly — before counting the rest of the 38 in the All-India top 100.
What the NORCET 11 result actually looked like
Before reading any coaching claim, it helps to know the shape of the exam these candidates cleared.
| Stage | Figure |
|---|---|
| Candidates who appeared for Prelims | 1,00,804 |
| Qualified Prelims (Stage 1) | 55,967 |
| Shortlisted for Mains | 12,638 |
| Qualified Mains (Stage 2) | 10,613 |
| Nursing Officer vacancies | approx. 2,218 |
| Mains exam date | 30 September 2026 |
| Mains result date | 9 October 2026 |
Mains qualifying cut-offs were 50% for UR and EWS, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC and ST.
Two things follow from that table. First, qualifying the Mains is not the same as getting a post: 10,613 candidates qualified against roughly 2,218 vacancies, so rank is what decides the outcome, not merely clearing. Second, any institute claiming a number close to the total vacancy count is claiming something arithmetically impossible, and that is worth checking whoever is making the claim.
The five things almost every NORCET 11 topper did
Across 22 full-length interviews, the same handful of behaviours keep appearing. Not one of them is exotic.
1. Question volume, measured in tens of thousands. Sabha practised 44,700 questions. Rihan Rahim did 14,000 while working full time at AIIMS Delhi. Soniya did 26,000. Nandini Das did 31,600 in roughly six months. The lower end of the range among these toppers is still around 9,000.
2. Analysis, not just attempts. Arbaz is blunt that giving a mock matters less than analysing it, and that every test produced 10 to 20 points worth noting. Sheetal admits it took her 101 days to work out that she was only looking at her score and never at her mistakes. Suman Sahu analysed the questions she got right as well as the ones she got wrong.
3. Reading the explanation on correct answers too. Wakeel Wasil names this as the mistake he personally made. The rationale carries material beyond the single question attempted, so skipping it on a correct answer throws away most of the value.
4. A mistake notebook that gets revised. Jigar Parmar filled five notebooks. Wakeel Wasil capped his at 200 pages deliberately. Anjali Joshi logged how many were wrong, how many were silly mistakes and how many were blind attempts, then revised the log itself. Rihan Rahim reads only his notebook before an exam now, instead of the whole theory.
5. Theory first, then questions on the same topic. Rihan Rahim argues the most common failure is practising questions while theory is still incomplete, which produces poor accuracy and no idea where the error is. Arbaz disagrees with waiting for 100% theory and starts MCQs on the same day as the topic. Both agree the two have to move together rather than one replacing the other.
Which NPrep products these toppers actually named
The interviews are specific about what was used, which is more useful than a feature list.
- Nashta (the free daily full-length test) is the single most-cited product. Soniya ranked 81 in a Nashta before Prelims and finished at AIR 91. Nandini Gurjar's Nashta ranks sat between 1 and 250 and she finished at 226. Asrarul Haq treated every Nashta as though it were the real exam.
- The Question Bank, specifically its topic-wise structure, which lets a candidate return to a weak topic and measure improvement.
- The test series, used for timing under pressure as much as for content.
- Rationales and the "How to solve the question" section, which Sheetal credits with three or four extra correct answers per paper through elimination.
- The Edition 6 flow charts and audio explanations, which Sabha used specifically to keep going when reading had become a slog, and which Suman Sahu used for concepts she could not get from text.
- The Mains Mentorship Program, which Sabha calls rank boosting and which Nandini Gurjar credits with solving the "what do I even do now" problem after Prelims.
Frequently asked questions
Which coaching gave the most toppers in NORCET 11? AIIMS does not publish coaching affiliation, so no institute can be verified against an official list. Who topped NORCET 11? The official AIR 1 in NORCET 11 Mains was the candidate with roll number 4162643 from the OBC category, scoring 82.917 percentile. AIIMS publishes the merit list by roll number rather than by name. Among NPrep students, the highest published rank is Mehpara Rashid at AIR 4.

How many questions should I practise for NORCET? Among NORCET 11 toppers interviewed by NPrep, practice volume ranged from roughly 9,000 to 44,700 questions. The more useful figure is accuracy alongside volume: Nandini Das reached 87.5% accuracy and Sheetal 83%, and both treated analysis of wrong answers as the point of the exercise rather than the question count itself.
Can you clear NORCET in the first attempt? Yes. Among these rank holders, Aniruddh (AIR 21), Ritika (AIR 46), Arbaz (AIR 50), Soniya (AIR 91), Nandini Gurjar (AIR 226), Nandini Verma (AIR 288) and Nandini Das (AIR 484) all cleared on their first attempt. Arbaz and Nandini Gurjar both started preparing during their college internship rather than after it.
Can you clear NORCET while working full time? Yes. Rihan Rahim (AIR 47) practised 14,000 questions while working at AIIMS Delhi, Jigar Parmar (AIR 115) prepared around a full-time CHC in-charge role, and Neha (AIR 408) prepared through her AIIMS Delhi internship.
Figures for NPrep student performance are NPrep's internal enrolment data. Official NORCET 11 stage figures, cut-offs and the merit list are published by AIIMS at aiimsexams.ac.in.
