NORCET 11 Mains Mentorship Program 2026: Schedule and Tests

The NORCET 11 Mains is on 30 September 2026, and the gap between the Prelims result and that paper is short enough that most aspirants spend it guessing what to revise. The 18 tests break down as 3 Grand Tests of 160 MCQs each, 6 NORCET Mains mocks (Mains papers 5 to 10), 8 subject tests of 50 MCQs each, and 1 dedicated IBQ paper.

That last one matters more than its size suggests. Image-based questions are where Mains candidates with similar preparation separate from each other, and they are the hardest thing to practise on your own.

The Nine Subject Classes

Each subject is taken by the educator who teaches it all year, not a generalist filling a slot. Every class runs for four hours, and each one is followed the same day by a 50-question test on that subject.

MSN gets two full days, which is the right call. It carries the most weight in the Mains paper and it is the subject where a four-hour session is not enough to do justice to both parts.

On 28 September there is a recorded motivational session from the faculty and toppers, watchable any time. 30 September is the NORCET 11 Mains.

The Four Strategy Sessions

Before the subject classes began, four one-hour strategy sessions ran at 10:00 AM IST:

• 14 September: Strategy Session 1 with Radhey
• 15 September: Strategy Session 2 with Saurabh and a topper
• 16 September: Strategy Session 3 with Radhey and Surendra
• 17 September: Strategy Session 4 with toppers

These cover the part nobody teaches: how to actually spend these days, what to revise, what to leave alone, and how to pace a 160-question paper under negative marking.

How the Tests Are Spaced

The tests are not dumped at the end. Every subject class is followed by a paper that uses what was just taught, and the bigger papers are spread through the programme:

• 19 September: Grand Test 1 (160 Q) and Subject Test, Psychiatry
• 20 September: Subject Test, FON and NORCET Mains 5
• 21 September: Subject Test, MSN 1 and NORCET Mains 6
• 22 September: Subject Test, MSN 2 and NORCET Mains 7
• 23 September: Grand Test 2 (160 Q) and Subject Test, CHN
• 24 September: Subject Test, Pediatrics and NORCET Mains 8
• 25 September: Subject Test, OBG and NORCET Mains 9
• 26 September: Subject Test, Minor Subjects and NORCET Mains 10
• 27 September: Grand Test 3 (160 Q) and the IBQs Test

Tests stay open through the day, so you pick your own slot rather than being forced into one.

The point of three full 160-MCQ Grand Tests is simple. The real Mains should not be the first time you sit a full paper end to end.

How to Register

Registration takes four steps and about two minutes:

1. Verify your mobile number. A code comes by SMS, and that number becomes your login. There is no password to remember.
2. Upload your NORCET 11 Prelims admit card. A photo or PDF. Your roll number is read off the card and your name comes from your NPrep account, so there is nothing to type.
3. Get the plan. Download the day-by-day schedule and push every class and test into Google Calendar in one click, or take the .ics file for Apple Calendar and Outlook. Reminders fire 30 minutes before each session.
4. Get confirmed. Your admit card is checked as you upload it and your dashboard unlocks the Zoom links and test links straight away. If the photo is hard to read, you are asked for a clearer one rather than left waiting.

Your admit card is stored only to confirm you cleared NORCET 11 Prelims. It is visible to NPrep staff alone and is never shown to other students or shared outside NPrep.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible for this programme? Candidates who appeared for NORCET 11 Prelims on 12 September 2026 and are appearing for the Mains. You need your NORCET 11 Prelims admit card and a photo of yourself.

I have not received my Prelims result yet. Can I still register? Yes. Register with your roll number and admit card, then enter your rank once the result is out. You can update it from your dashboard while the application is still pending, and registering early means you get the plan and calendar immediately.

What time are the classes? The four strategy sessions run at 10:00 AM IST for an hour each. The nine subject classes run at 4:00 PM IST for four hours each.

How do I join a class? Once your application is confirmed, your dashboard shows a Join button for each session with the Zoom link, meeting ID and passcode. It goes live 15 minutes before the session starts.

How do I attempt the tests? Every test on your dashboard has a Start test button that opens it in the NPrep app or on the web. Tests stay open through the day.

What if I miss a live class? Recordings are posted against that session on your dashboard when available. The motivational video on 28 September is recorded by design and can be watched any time.

How long does confirmation take? There is no waiting. Your admit card is checked the moment you upload it and your links open straight away.
