The AIIMS NORCET 11 Prelims Result 2026 is out, and it has been a proud moment for the NPrep community. 1,625+ NPrep aspirants have qualified for NORCET 11 Stage II (Mains), out of the 12,638 candidates called by AIIMS, and the count is still going up as more students report their results.

Our top performers scored as high as the 99.98th percentile, and many more crossed the 99th. That means roughly 1 in every 8 candidates who will sit the NORCET 11 Mains on 30 September 2026 prepared with NPrep.

How Tough Was This Cut?

NORCET 11 Stage I was one of the most competitive prelims in recent cycles (see the full NORCET 11 result and cutoff). AIIMS called only 12,638 of the 1,00,804 candidates who appeared, which is about 12.5%.

The official cutoff percentiles show just how high the bar was set:

A general category candidate had to outperform more than 95% of all candidates just to reach the Mains. Clearing this stage is a real achievement, not a formality.

The Mains is a different paper: 160 nursing questions in 180 minutes, all case-based, with 1/3 negative marking. There is no GK section to lean on, and the questions test clinical judgment and prioritization rather than recall.

To Those Who Did Not Clear This Time

If your roll number was not on the list, take a day, then look at your percentile against your category cutoff. Many candidates missed by a very small margin, and that gap is exactly the kind that closes with a focused next cycle.
